Friday, Dec. 2nd, is our field trip to the Arizona Museum of Natural History. Students will need to bring a sack lunch to enjoy on the field trip. Please be sure to send lunch in a disposable bag. We will be leaving school at 9:00 and returning at 2:00. It should be an extremely fun day filled with lots of learning and discovery!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We have a very busy week ahead! Summative will be taking place on Thursday, December 1st from5:00-6:30. Students are so excited to show you all of their hard work!

*Run Devil Run donation reminder - Our annual fundraiser, Run Devil Run, is this Friday, November 18th! Pledges are due on Monday, November 14th. Donations can be made online or sent in with your child.
*Our canned food drive will continue through the upcoming week (Nov. 14-18). The cluster with the most cans will earn a free dress day! *We're very excited about our upcoming field trip to the Arizona Museum of Natural History on Dec. 2nd! The field trip permission slip/money is due by Friday, November 18th. If you are interested in chaperoning, please check the box on the permission slip, but please don't send in money for yourself yet. We will be doing a lottery drawing on Nov. 18th (we will need 6 chaperones). We will let you know after the lottery if you have been chosen. Thank you in advance for your interest in volunteering! If you are not selected in the lottery, there will be many more opportunities to volunteer in the future. Thank you! *The Intent to Re-Enroll form is now available online. The deadline to complete this form will be Friday, Nov. 18. We ask that all parents complete this form (even if your student will NOT be returning) so that all students can be accounted for. November 18- Run Devil Run Race November 23-25- Thanksgiving Break November 28- Animal Adaptation project due December 1- 3/4 Summative 5:00-6:30 The Run Devil Run fundraiser will take place on Friday, November 18th. Your child was given the information on Friday after our kick-off assembly. They will be given pedometers on the day of the run to track their steps, instead of counting/tallying laps. There are many levels of incentives for individuals and classes. We are encouraging everyone to participate in this exciting event and show their support by donating to the Run Devil Run fundraiser. It should be an incredibly fun day!
